Meet Captain Richard Crandall III
Richard Crandall III has been on the water for as long as he can remember. A licensed captain who grew up boating and fishing, he has owned and run boats from Vikings to Hatteras and more. His knowledge of boats, offshore fishing, and life on the water is extensive, and he brings that experience into every detail he and his crew touch. Richard has built and run businesses before, and now pours that same care into Sea Shine Marine.
Blair helps keep SeaShine Marine running smoothly behind the scenes. She manages scheduling, customer communication, and the day-to-day organization that keeps everything on track. As Richard’s wife and right-hand partner in both life and business, Blair makes sure every detail and every appointment stays right where it should be.
